Who we are
An independent marine consultancy
Palkan Marine is an independent, privately owned marine consultancy, ship chartering and inspection service provider, established in 2016. We provide a full range of specialised services to the tanker, non-tanker and offshore fleet.
Located in Navi Mumbai, India, we support the wider maritime community with marine technical and commercial services, delivered by a team of professional Master Mariners and Engineers.
What drives us
Our mission
Palkan Marine Services Pvt Ltd is determined to deliver innovative, comprehensive and high-value consultancy solutions to the marine community.
Aims and goals
We understand the complexities of the maritime business and stay alert to its dynamic nature and the associated risks. The global nature of shipping creates regulatory, commercial and operational hurdles — and with them, both issues and opportunities. A successful strategy depends on a thorough understanding of these markets and their underlying risks.
We strive to give our clients the most thorough commercial and operational advice to support their decision-making. We take pride in long-standing client relationships and aim to provide effective, independent and transparent advice — helping clients achieve the best possible returns on their investment with minimal risk in a highly cyclical transportation market.
